Introduction to Condenser

1) Working principle

Condenser(Flue gas condensation waste heat recovery device)It is to utilize the high exhaust temperature of the boiler for waste heat recovery and reuse; The sufficient heat exchange between the flue gas and the finned tubes in the condenser achieves the release of sensible heat from the flue gas and latent heat from the condensation of water vapor. The low-temperature water inside the heating tube is heated and then used as boiler feedwater, thereby achieving energy-saving efficiency and improving boiler thermal efficiency by increasing the boiler feedwater temperature.

2) Main materials

The condenser heat exchange tube adopts steel aluminum composite finned tube as the heat exchange surface, which has high heat transfer efficiency, sufficient heating surface, low system resistance on the flue gas side, and the flow direction of flue gas is opposite to that of water flow to achieve improved heat transfer effect.

4) Condenser process

1) The length of the pipe plate at the depth of the pipe end shall not exceed 5mm

2) The working pressure value of the condenser is atmospheric pressure. Before entering the smoke box, a water pressure test is conducted on the water process. The shell side pressure test pressure is 0.2Mpa, and the pressure is maintained for 20 minutes; After sealing and welding the upper smoke chamber, conduct a water pressure test on the smoke process, with a pressure test pressure of 0.2M on the pipe sidepa, Maintain pressure for 20 minutes;

3) After passing the hydrostatic test, the surface shall be rust removed and coated with anti rust paint.

4) The partition is first welded to the connecting ring and rear baffle, and then assembled and welded to the pipe surface in contact with the flue gas. Before assembly and welding, the pipe surface is first brushed with high temperature.

5) The weld seam is not specified, and the height of the weld leg is not less than the thickness of the thin plate.

6) Connect the front baffle and the connecting ring with M8 bolts, and finally use asbestos rope to ensure that it does not leak air.
